Enexor is looking for an exceptional Operations Coordinator to support executive leadership, managers, and team members in the core functions of our company. Your role is to be the workflow conduit that connects objectives and projects to stakeholders and cross-functional teams. You will interact daily with executives, managers, and team members to make operations as efficient and effective as possible. Responsibilities
- Consistently monitor schedules and deliverables to ensure projects and deliverables are on track to completion
- Manage, review, and route deliverables during production, editing, and approval processes
- Maintain and monitor master calendar for key business and people events, contract deadlines, and renewals
- Help manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial data entry
- Help manage online project and human resource management tools
- Identify and escalate issues and opportunities to ensure on-time completion of projects & deliverables
- Help manage internal and external communications between team members and external stakeholders
Requirements
- BA or BS (Business Administration preferred)
- 1-3 years experience (Operations or Administration preferred)
- Extremely organized, self-governing, proactive, and motivated
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and cloud-based management tools
- Strong interpersonal, client relation, and collaborative skills
- Ability to prioritize workflows on varying projects and timetables with a high level of attention to detail
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
