Immediate Supervisor Title: Billing Manager
Job Supervisory Responsibilities: None
General Summary: A nonexempt position responsible for greeting all guests with proper professional and courteous demeanor.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Directs guests to the correct person or building for assistance.
- Receives all incoming mail or packages and notifies the appropriate department.
- Will be responsible to put postage on all outgoing mail.
- Maintains a presentable and orderly reception area.
- Will be responsible to maintain various system scanning.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Equivalent work experience will be considered.
Experience: Medical experience preferred but not necessary.

Performance Requirements:
Knowledge:
- Knowledge of office procedures and HIPPA regulations.
- Knowledge of office management techniques and practices.
- Knowledge of computer systems, programs, and applications.
Abilities:
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees as well as the public.
- Ability to work under pressure, communicate and present information.
- Ability to read, interpret, and apply clinic policies and procedures.
- Ability to establish priorities and coordinate work activities.
Equipment Operated: Standard office equipment including computers, fax machines, copiers, printers, telephones, postage machine, etc.
Work Environment: Position is in a well-lighted office environment.
Mental/Physical Requirements: Involves sitting approximately 90 percent of the day, walking or standing the remainder.
