Position Purpose:
The Recruiter is responsible for full cycle recruitment and will work to source, screen, and partner with qualified candidates through the onboarding process. Collaborates across departments to ensure they are appropriately staffed. Our ideal candidate is highly motivated and interested in gaining recruiting experience in a fast-paced growing environment.
Competencies/Duties:
- Full cycle recruiting from sourcing to onboarding
- Develops and maintains strong relationships with hiring managers through regular touch bases
- Sources candidates via various social networks (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
- Screens candidates to ensure their knowledge, skills and abilities meet job requirements
- Schedules, coordinates, and conducts candidate interviews
- Ensures all necessary documentation is obtained and candidates are kept informed throughout the onboarding process
- Assists with and attends job fairs and recruiting and networking events
- Builds and strengthens the Engaging Solutions employment brand by representing our core values
- Ensures compliance with AA/EEO regulations, employment laws, and adherence to policies and procedures
- Assists with People Operations projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements
Position Requirements/Abilities:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
Education, Work Experience, Licensure:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field preferred
- 1-3 years of human resources and recruiting experience preferred
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems, Paylocity strongly desired
Environment/Physical Demands:
- Headquarters office environment with flexibility to work remote
- Some lifting required – 25 lbs.
