Job Description:

• Develops logistics management operations that involve planning, coordinating, or evaluating logistical actions
• Develops analysis of tasks and required equipment
• Develops academic training and provides subject matter expertise for training development
• Develops and participates in the development of a detailed log demo (LD) plans
• Conducts log demo reviews
• Evaluates entrance criteria and assesses adequacy of planning, availability of resources, and completion of other requirements necessary to ensure readiness for entry into the LD
• Summarizes the LD requirements in part III of the materiel's TEMP
• Coordinates the LD requirements through the test schedule
• Analyzes and reviews required information for the Test Resource Plan
• Human Factors Engineering related to materiel maintenance
• Ensures validated technical manuals and tools are prepared for use by representative Soldiers (IAW AR 25-30)
• Works independently, via digital applications, telephonically or virtually when at their base of operations.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Be able to obtain a SECRET clearance

Preferred:

• Secret clearance
• Willingness to learn and apply new skills
• Good organizational skills
• Log Demo experience
• Training and training device experience
• Systems Approach to Training outlined in TRADOC REG 350-70 and associated TRADOC PAMs experience
• Training development
• Training analysis and data analysis requirements
• Verification of technical manuals.
• Aviation subject matter experience
• Work well with others in a team environment
