C'est pourquoi le programme GET figure parmi les 5 premieres priorites d'ENGIE et beneficie d'un veritable soutien du Comite Executif.

Dans un souci d'harmonisation, ENGIE s'est lance dans un vaste programme de transformation de ses processus et de ses outils informatiques. Ce projet, qui s'etend sur plusieurs annees, concerne toutes les entites du groupe et necessite un accompagnement soutenu.

Pour mettre en uvre ce soutien, nous cherchons a recruter un :

SAP Development Lead M/F

Le siege social est base a Courbevoie (La Defense), avec 3 jours de teletravail par semaine possibles. Mais nous recherchons egalement des profils internationaux (Full remote)

Le programme GET vise a mettre en place le futur modele de gestion et d'informatique avec une plateforme centrale "one ERP / One ARIBA / One MDG". Le contexte fonctionnel du programme couvre un ensemble de domaines fonctionnels comprenant la comptabilite, le controle de gestion et l'approvisionnement en tant que domaines principaux, recemment etendus aux modules commerciaux.

Le programme GET offre une opportunite unique d'integrer l'un des programmes de transformation d'entreprise les plus ambitieux et les plus strategiques, avec une empreinte informatique tres importante, S/4 et SAP ARIBA etant les composants informatiques centraux. L'innovation est au cur du programme GET avec l'ambition de mettre en uvre les meilleurs processus et solutions de leur categorie.

Le role du Development Lead est de renforcer l'equipe GET IT et, au sein de l'equipe GET IT OPERATIONS, d'etre responsable de la livraison de l'usine de developpement.

Vos missions :

  • Mettre en place et maintenir le cadre de developpement (y compris la gouvernance et les regles concernant les outils de developpement).
  • Responsable de la livraison de l'usine de developpement
  • S'assurer que tous les besoins provenant des equipes ROLL-OUT, des equipes RUN, sont correctement captures et consolider un plan de demande unique.
  • S'assurer que la capacite de l'usine est correctement augmentee/diminuee en fonction des besoins.
  • Valider la conception technique et s'assurer de la conformite avec le cadre de developpement, en particulier grace a la revue de code.
  • Controler les services (RUN & BUILD) et s'assurer de la conformite avec les SLA.

Note : l'usine ABAP est operee par GBS IT, qui est responsable de toutes les activites operationnelles.

Votre profil :

Vous possedez une experience confirmee endeveloppement ABAP, a minima 5 ans, ainsi qu'une forteconnaissance de SAP Full stack (ABAP, ABAP OO, ADATA/Gateway, Webdynpro, FIORI, UI5, CPI, BTP, ...).

Vous possedez egalement une premiere experience des grands programmes SAP et etes capable de coordonner des equipes importantes en mode projet.

Vous parlez couramment anglais.
