As a Client Revisions Specialist on our SightMap Team, you will have the opportunity to be a part of our growth while contributing to a fun and energetic company culture. The position plays a key role in the planning and implementation of software projects, remaining primarily responsible for content collection, project timeline management, and ensuring projects meet organizational standards and are delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements
What you'll do...
- Create and maintain revisions schedules and timelines within project management software to ensure critical milestones are met
- Direct and coordinate the tasks of projects by routing tasks from multiple departments to ensure revisions and additional client requests are executed efficiently and to the highest standard
- Be an advocate to our clients and see the revisions process through to completion
- Extensive content knowledge to ensure effective communication between internal and external team members
- Ensure the highest quality of work by being diligent, proactive, and forward-thinking prior to completing all client revisions
- Maintain project reports and status reports that provide revision transparency to company leadership
- Provide other assistance as needed in support of the department’s efforts to maintain strong, long-lasting, and mutually beneficial relationships with clients
- Stay abreast of industry trends, insights, and competitive dynamics of the marketplace
What you offer us...
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of experience in project management, support, or equivalent client-facing roles
- Proven ability to prioritize and organize multiple ongoing projects
- Able to understand new technology platforms and the opportunities/challenges they present, as well as interactive best practices, user experience, and user interface
- Highly proficient in Customer Relationship Management, Content Management, and Project Management Systems

- Salary Disclosure for Colorado: minimum base salary of $50,000. Final offer amount is determined by factors including years and depth of candidate’s experience, certifications, and skill set alignment to the job requirements
