RESPONSIBILITIES.
- Direct a large team while managing key areas like production, quality, materials, safety, maintenance, and more.
- Focusing on efficiency and profitability, you'll create an environment of accountability where teams achieve operational excellence.
- Overseeing plant P&L and driving financial/operational goal attainment
- Managing annual operational budgeting and cost control
- Championing a culture of continuous improvement using Lean principles
- Developing organizational capabilities in areas like quality, safety, and leadership
- Applying expertise in supply chain, inventory, and vendor management
- Leading personnel development, coaching, and building high-performing teams
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree required
- Certifications highly preferred (Lean/Continuous Improvement, Six-Sigma)
- 10 years of progressive manufacturing experience leading a plant with 250 employees.
- 3 years of senior operational leadership experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Industry experience in printing, blown film extrusion, protective packaging or related fields is preferred.
- Expertise in continuous improvement methodologies is a must.
- Exceptional communicators and strategic thinkers adept at delivering results in demanding, high volume production settings.
