Our mission is to help home improvement contractors accelerate the American Dream for themselves and others through access to software, capital, and knowledge.
Enhancify helps contractors win more jobs by making it easy for them to offer affordable monthly payments to their customers. At the kitchen table, a contractor can turn an expensive project into low monthly payments in 90 seconds, without paying expensive fees.
Enhancify customers close 23% more jobs, increase job size 17%, and keep their profits from being taken out of their pockets by banks.
As a result, they’re able to grow their business, take care of their families and employees, and help more communities.
We’ve partnered with 25 national lenders (Marcus from Goldman Sachs, Citi, SoFi, etc.), are funding millions in projects monthly, and are just getting started as we expand aggressively in this $400B market.

To lead new business growth during this exciting time, we’re building an outbound sales team of individual contributors to help us reach and help more contractors.

This opportunity is not for most people. If the below rings a bell, this will not be a good fit:
- You think “sales” = pitching / charming people. Sorry, no “wolf of wall street” bros. To us, sales is about identifying problems we can solve and helping people we can help.
- You’re afraid of cold-calling. We’re looking for hunters who are driven to find and create opportunities.
- When no one’s looking, you’re not consistent. This is a fast-paced, remote startup. We’re all building together. If you need hand-holding, this is not for you.
Day to Day:
- Hunting down new business revenue for the team
- Making ~150 calls / day to create opportunities
- Diagnosing pain points and solving problems for people we can help
- Closing your own deals (not setting appointments for others)
- Building and growing your own pipeline in the CRM
- Working with the CEO to drive customer acquisition strategies and grow our business

Compensation:
On target earnings (average performance) of $75,000 in year one, up to $150,000 (top performance). Mix of base and commission.
Opportunity to move up in sales organization within year one based strictly on performance and ability. Top reps earn $200,000 per year ($17k / month) while working remotely.
About You:
We’re looking for raw ingredients above all. We believe in molding and creating closers, not hiring career sales people.

Ideal Candidate:
- Previous tech startup experience
- Experience in / direct connection to the trades and home improvement
- 1-2 years of SDR/BDR experience, and now you want to close your own deals
- Fluent in Spanish
Remote Location / Culture Fits:
This is a fully-remote position. While we try to get the team together in fun places, you have full flexibility over where you work from.
