We are looking to hire a Customer Support Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION

Client is looking for a senior Customer Support Specialist.


They are a dental loan financing company and are launching a product.


They will train you about their product and once thats done the expectations are for you to


  • Provide detailed information about the product and its services to the customers.
  • Provide customer support and assists end users by answering questions, logging customer call and email inquiries and requests, and performing initial troubleshooting and problem diagnosis.
  • Communicate effectively with the customer support team.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree

  • 5 years of experience as a Customer Service Specialists or Customer Service Representative.
  • Prior experience in finance industry.
  • Demonstrate the ability to collaborate well
  • Outstanding experience in working with customers via telephone, email, and chats.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Quick decision-making skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Outstanding negotiation and conflict-resolving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work in a team with a positive attitude.
