JOB DESCRIPTION
Client is looking for a senior Customer Support Specialist.
They are a dental loan financing company and are launching a product.
They will train you about their product and once thats done the expectations are for you to
Provide detailed information about the product and its services to the customers.

Provide customer support and assists end users by answering questions, logging customer call and email inquiries and requests, and performing initial troubleshooting and problem diagnosis.
- Communicate effectively with the customer support team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
5 years of experience as a Customer Service Specialists or Customer Service Representative.- Prior experience in finance industry.
- Demonstrate the ability to collaborate well
- Outstanding experience in working with customers via telephone, email, and chats.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Quick decision-making skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Outstanding negotiation and conflict-resolving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
