We are currently seeking a Marketing/Sales Operations Analyst to be part of the Digital Platform team. This team is responsible for driving success of Enphase’s sales and marketing programs for customers worldwide by developing industry leading programs and integrating them in a digital platform. This position requires a highly analytical capability, and will require data management to ensure data is clean and accurate to track progress towards goals and develop solutions that improve customer experience, drive sales and improve internal processes.  Additionally, this position provides exposure to business development in key markets.

What you can look forward to:

• Work with regional sales and marketing teams in managing the Enphase Installer Network (EIN), including new country development, installer onboarding, and installer performance measurement.
• Work with marketing teams on effectively matching homeowners interested in adopting solar/storage solutions with the best installers to provide the required services.
• Work with digital platform teams in defining the business requirements for digitizing all installer related transactions and touchpoints.
• Delve into market share and competitive intelligence in regional markets.
• Provide detailed quantitative analyses in support of developing the most comprehensive and recognized installer network in the industry.
• Communicating and collaborating cross-functionally throughout the entire company, including finance, operations, pricing, and product management teams.
• Own at least one major initiative with exposure to the entire E-staff team.

What you will typically need to do it well:

• Bachelors Degree required
• 5+ years sales operations, financial, and business analytics experience, preferably in complex Solar or High-Tech industry multi-tiered channel environments
• Very process-focused with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and sound business judgment - comfortable with data-driven insight seeking and decision-making
• Organized with strong work ethic
• Ability to work productively and independently in a dynamic, face paced and constantly changing environment
• Adept at balancing intense short term pressures with overall long term goals
• Advanced skills with Excel and data manipulation. QlikView, Tableau, and SFDC experience preferred
• Supremely organized and demonstrate attention to detail
• You are more than a little computer literate: Advanced level of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint preferred
• Very process oriented and aware with a bias toward accuracy and precision
• Focused and driven to meet deadlines for regularly scheduled activities
• Demonstrate flexibility and responsiveness to requests from internal and external customers
• User of web based tools for processing data and analysing results
• Resourceful in problem solving and working with other team members
