Enphase is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support our CTO and Engineering organizations. The ideal candidate will contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels to provide creative and effective ideas and solutions to these growing organizations.
What you’ll do:
- Design and deliver targeted solutions with a high degree of focus on scale and growth, including strategic planning, visioning, talent assessment, change management and team building
- Provide strategic business partnership, thought partnership, and coaching to all levels of the organization
- Proactively assess team, manager, organizational development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions
- Drive talent management strategies to support a team’s growth and individual development plans
- Use data to measure success: learn, iterate, and improve; analyze trends and develop proactive actions to further support business objectives
- Integrate and partner with HR colleagues in the Recruiting, Learning & Development, Rewards, Talent Management and HR systems teams to implement solutions and help scale the business
- Partner closely with regional HR partners on global strategy and execution; assist in aligning HR strategy with business priorities to drive to results
- Participate and lead projects as an integral member of the HR team.
- 12 years experience in an HR Business Partner or equivalent role, with experience in the various HR functional areas, especially recruiting, employee relations and talent management.
- BA/BS degree
- Experience supporting highly technical engineering teams across multiple locations; partner with in-region HR colleagues to provide unified support globally.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work at all levels of the HR “stack” - Strategic, operational, and tactical
- Demonstrates project management and change management experience
- Demonstrated experience learning and thriving in a constantly changing environment and to cultivate relationships across teams
- Experience helping global and/or matrixed organizations scale
- Ability to thrive in an unstructured environment and work independently
- Consulting, coaching and facilitation skills
