Job Summary
The HR Business Partner Corporate Temporary position is responsible for the day-to-day human resource function for Empro Inc.
Corporate. These functions include all aspects of HR including employee relations, talent acquisition, training and developing, policy and procedure alignment, compensation, payroll, performance management and compliance with state and federal laws.
The role will contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels to cultivate a culture focused on safety, respect, and business excellence.
The ideal candidate will thought partner, coach, and collaborate to bring creative and effective ideas and solutions to the organization.
This is a temporary role expected to last until the end to the year. There is a possibility that the successful candidate can move into a permanent position.

- Serves as support to site leadership teams on human resources related issues
- Partners with management to analyze trends, metrics and develops solutions, programs and policies to keep the organization moving forward
- Designs and deliver targeted solutions with a high degree of focus on business expansion and optimization, including strategic planning, talent acquisition and management, development, change management and employee relations
- Provides strategic business partnership, thought partnership, and coaching to all levels of the organization
- Proactively assess team, manager, organizational development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions
- Analyzes trends, market data, and metrics to propose solutions based on business needs
- Drives talent management strategies to support a team’s growth and individual development plans
- Analyzes training needs and partners with the broader HR team in the development of programs
- Manages employee events and recognition activities at the site
- Partners closely with other HR partners within the Global AST business and within Enpro on overall HR business strategy and execution
- Works closely with leadership teams to support employee relations issues
- Participates and leads projects as an integral member of the extended HR team and Daytona site leadership team

Requirements :
- Minimum Education : Bachelor's degree in human resources, Management, I / O Psychology, or related field. PHR or SHRM- CP certified.
- Minimum Experience : 7 years' experience in an HR Business Partner or equivalent role
