Description

We are looking for a tactical technology expert to manage and oversee all Enquire’s internal technology systems (hardware and software) and processes.  The IT Specialist will integrate technologies across platforms for various contact center applications and hardware/software products.  A strong background in corporate IT is critical to being successful in this role, and experience working within a HIPAA compliant environment is highly sought-after.  The IT Specialist will assess and implement corporate technology initiatives, existing technologies and processes, technology vendors and inventory management.  The IT Specialist will be responsible for managing user onboarding/decommissioning within Active Directory/Office 365 as well as spearheading facility needs including electronic access control. You will troubleshoot and develop solutions for IT issues, API testing, and internal corporate KPI’s/reporting.  


To ensure success you need to have sound knowledge and experience with corporate IT policy and procedure, hardware and SaaS troubleshooting, Active Directory/Office 365 and the ability to execute complex technology initiatives.


Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding new user accounts in Office 365/RDS Active Directory (including phone number and address).
  • Setting up new user account for all internal systems (CRM, contact center software, Slack, Atlassian and etc). 
  • Activating desk phone and telephony software.
  • Enable and manage Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
  • Lockout and decommission users accounts.
  • Manage email box for new and decommissioned users.
  • Control and update email distribution lists and shared mailboxes.
  • Administer routine audits to confirm employee compliance with Multi-Factor Authentication activation.
  • Remove deactivated users from all systems.
  • Order and deactivate employee keycards with property management.
  • Manage local keycard server.
  • Submit tickets to property management and resolve facility issues (burntout lightbulbs, peeling carpet and etc).
  • Troubleshooting employee hardware/software issues.
  • Test APIs and internal system integrations.
  • Identify high-volume low-value tasks throughout the organization and develop automation.
  • Work cross-functionally with all departments to develop KPIs and internal reports.
  • Issue hardware warranty requests through Lenovo or HP support.
  • Communicate with external IT vendors to resolve complex issues

Requirements

  • Superior bandwidth and ability to learn cloud-based phone systems.
  • Strong math and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with at least one programming language.
  • Solid Proficiency in MS Office Suite, specifically Excel.
  • Outstanding written communication skills, especially via email.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Self-managed and able to organize workload.
  • Excellent customer facing skills (knows what to say and what not to say).
  • Knowledge in three of the following areas: CRM, Excel, Microsoft Windows, Technical Support, SQL, HTML/ASP, Cloud Based phone systems (Ring Central, Broadsoft, Vonage, 8x8), marketing automation.
  • Self-managed and able to organize workload.
