ENSCO provides Systems Engineering and Integration (SE&I) support to the USSF/ DUSD R&E and we are seeking a results-driven Cyber professional with success track records. A SME in Cyber Security to support the RN SE&I contract, other USSF contracts & the RETS pursuit and contract. Leader of large, complex projects, operational technology and cyber consultative support for private sector and government organizations. Experience in Ranges and Space logistics. Specific competencies include:
- Cyber Strategic Planning – work with the Division Staff, provide Strategic direction, Business Development and identify growth opportunities.
- Proposal Support – Take the role of Capture manager, lead the development of proposals, write the executive summary and management volumes.
- Program Management – Provide support to Division Program Managers. Ensure SE&I processes are being executed and identify/lead process improvements as needed. Lead the recruiting, staffing and management of the upcoming RETS contract.
- Customer/Employee relations – Ensure ENSCO ASE is effectively performing work for the customer. Identify choke points or inefficiencies and propose/implement activities to overcome issues
- MBA or graduate technical degree
