ENSCO is seeking an innovative, creative, and highly motivated individual to support the U.S. Space Force, Space Systems Command’s Precision Navigation & Timing (PNT) enterprise through the PNT Systems Engineering, Integration contract. This position will support Space Force personnel and system developers in achieving the success of the Global Positioning System’s (GPS) mission in a multidisciplinary and collaborative environment.

- Provides satellite/space vehicle technical expertise and systems integration support to ensure an optimal integrated space system
- Facilitates requirements development across the GPS Enterprise and stakeholders
- Develop and review technical requirements pertaining to GPS Space Segment, including submittals of contractor documentation, interface control and system level documentation for Space Segment related activities
- Providing technical support for the GPS III and GPS IIIF programs, including interfacing with the SSC and prime contractors, support for acquisition activities/milestones, technical evaluations, design reviews for software and hardware, and contractor/government testing
- Supports space vehicles manufacturing activities
- Provide subject matter expertise for anomaly resolutions during Launch & Early Orbit (LEO), Failure Review Boards (FRBs), Incremental Design Reviews (IDRs), and Critical Design Reviews (CDRs)
- Providing technical support for space vehicle and payload design
- Supports Space Segment Risk & Opportunities management
- Supports GPS Space Segment requirements tracing for the Enterprise Technical Baseline
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Math, or Science
- 10 years of related experience
- Demonstrated experience reviewing and delivering technical documents and briefings
- Strong interpersonal skills to enable working, interfacing, and interrelating with diverse personnel and dynamic teams
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills, specifically attention to detail
- AN ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITON, FOR WHICH YOU MUST BE A US CITIZEN.
- Active Top Secret Clearance
- Space vehicle as well as other GPS related experience is highly desired
- Experience and familiarity working with DoD acquisition organizations
- Experience working specifically on a Systems Engineering and Integration contract
- Experience analyzing and resolving proposed technical changes to technical baseline (i.e., interface documents, specifications documents, architecture products) using sound systems engineering discipline
- Experience and familiarity with satellite subsystems and payloads
- Experience and familiarity with reviewing and editing Government technical documents
- Experience with developing or evaluating software
- Understanding of System Engineering practices, techniques, and procedures
