Description

Heat Waves Hot Oil LLC, a subsidiary of Enservco is looking for a hardworking, motivated, bright, energeticDiesel Mechanic Technician to work at our Longmont, Colorado location. We want safety and results driven Mechanic to maintain equipment units in a safe and efficient manner in compliance with all DOT, OSHA, state regulations, and company guidelines.

We are seeking a full timeDiesel Mechanic Technician to join our team in Colorado, we are looking for schedule flexibility to fit business needs.

Pay Rate: $28.00-$30.00/hour

POSITION SUMMARY

Under general supervision, maintains, diagnoses and repairs a variety of equipment including: diesel engines, transmissions, driver train components, winches, high pressure pumps, centrifugal pumps, air compressors, microprocessor controls, electro-mechanical equipment, gearboxes, Power Transmission Overdrives (PTOs) generators, 12/24 volt electrical systems, equipment cabs and controls, chassis and suspension, rims, tires and wheels, forklifts, Air Conditioners (A/C) systems, and a variety of other energy services equipment. Looking for Hydraulic, triplex and centrifugal pump knowledge.

Diesel Mechanic Technician essential DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Repairs diesel engines, transmissions, driver train components, winches, high pressure pumps, centrifugal pumps, air compressors, microprocessor controls, electro-mechanical equipment gearboxes, PTO's, generators, 12/24v electrical systems, equipment cabs and controls, chassis and suspension, rims, tires and wheels, forklifts, A/C systems, and a variety of other energy services equipment.
  • Performs preventative/predictive maintenance procedures on equipment
  • Performs basic troubleshooting on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Performs own work and provides assistance to others as directed
  • Performs job tasks correctly with efficiency to ensure profitability and operations.
  • Completes all required paperwork including checklists, forms, and invoice requirements Keeps all tools and fittings in good working condition
  • Follows guidelines and policies set forth by the Area Manager and its customers
  • Examines reports from the field and makes any necessary repairs in the Maintenance Shop
  • Follows all safety policies and procedures, participates in all required safety training and meetings
  • Continuously monitors the equipment to ensure proper operation and minimal down time. Gets clarification;
  • Professionalism- Treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position; Accepts responsibility for own actions; Follows through on commitments. Attendance/Punctuality- Is consistently at work and on time; Arrives at meetings and appointments on time

Must pass pre-employment drug testing and random drug testing.

Certifications/License/Education

  • High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • CDL A
  • Hazmat Endorsement
