Summary : Seeking a Temporary Administrative Assistant to manage filing, utilize PC software, and operate CRM tools like Salesforce and Vista.
Job Requirements :
Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Experience with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce and Vista
Preferred Skills :
Familiarity with administrative filing systems
Job Responsibilities :
Manage and organize filing systems
Operate personal computer for various tasks
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for document creation and presentations
Handle CRM software to maintain customer relationships
Additional Notes :
Position is temporary for 2 months, with the possibility of extension or transition to permanent status
Drug test and background check are required prior to employment
The role is open to US Citizens or Green Card holders only
Interviews will be conducted in person
Pay Details : $16.00 to $17.00 per hour
