Summary: We are seeking an Architectural Designer to join our team with a focus on healthcare, education, commercial, institutional, and industrial projects.
Position Requirements:
- Educational credentials and ability to become a Registered Architect in Iowa, Illinois, and Wisconsin.
- Entry level to 6 years of experience preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of technical specifications and general conditions.
- Advanced knowledge of Revit and Sketchup.
Position Responsibilities:
- Research and interpret applicable codes and regulations to ensure compliance with standards.
- Perform site and field work, including site investigation and documentation.
- Assist with production of construction drawings, exhibits, and reports using Revit.
- Assist with preparation of estimates of probable construction costs.
- Coordinate and review work of civil, structural, MEP, and other consultants.
