Ideal Qualifications and Competencies:
· 2-3 years experience in analytics or HR
· Experience with PeopleSoft or Visier is preferred
· Familiarity with analytics and data visualization tools preferred (e.g. Alteryx, Tableau)
· Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Job Summary:
This role will collaborate with our Visier Product Owner to improve user experience and system functionality and prepare and distribute weekly headcount reports to executive leadership. Other duties include supporting data requests from HR and other partners across the company and maintaining existing data products created with Alteryx and Tableau. This role will serve as the point of contact for Service Now inquiries for the People Analytics team, including maintenance of internal Knowledge Article information.
Responsibilities:
· Visier System Support – Partner with the Visier Product Owner to manage day-to-day operations of the system, including daily data monitoring, user training, and support. Collaborate with the vendor to implement system enhancements and updates.
· Data Product Maintenance – Ensure existing data products are updated and maintained. This may include expansion and/or enhancement over time.
· HR Data Reporting – Prepare and distribute weekly/monthly headcount report for executive team and respond to ad hoc PeopleSoft reporting requests.
· Case Management – manage People Analytics team Service Now case requests and assign workload as needed.
