What are the responsibilities and job description for the CMM Programmer position at Entegee?
Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering, required.
* CMM Programming and/or Manufacturing Engineering experience. - Possess the ability to affectively create complex CMM programs for a variety of CMM’s, stationary or Rotary Table use.
* Experience Offline Programming with PCDMIS Software , they have a Zeiss machine using Calypso Software – will take any of the three.
* Aerospace engineering experience
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
* Extensive knowledge, skills and abilities in CMM programming language using Hexagon PC-DMIS and/or QUINDOS, as well as CAD/CAM software. Experience with QUINDOS is a plus
* Ability to apply higher mathematics to meet job requirements, e.g. competent in complex trigonometry
* Effective problem solving skills for job related issues
* Read, write and communicate in English effectively.
* Ability to correctly read and interpret technical data in accordance with ANSI Y 14.5M.
* Create CMM reports that account for all applicable features based on drawings.
* Perform Machine Setups and Trials for Development Projects
* Create Process Sheets that clearly define Process Procedures
* Must have shop floor experience and intimate knowledge of CMM capability and functionality

Pay: From $45.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
