* 2-year degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering Technology with 1 years of practical electrical technician work experience; OR 2-year degree with 4 years of practical electrical technician work experience; OR non-degree with 7 years minimum practical electrical technician work experience
* 1 years of proficiency in the use of digital test meters, oscilloscopes, RF Instrumentation, analog/digital test equipment, product firmware/software installation, cable construction, and a working knowledge of personal computer systems.
* 1 years of proficiency in troubleshooting electronics and electro-mechanical systems down to the component level.
* 1 years of fluency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
* 1 years of experience in soldering techniques involving through-hole and fine-pitch SMT components.
* 1 years of strong writing skills for generating test box wiring and construction diagrams, compiling lab notes and manuals, and other required activity support documents.
