What are the responsibilities and job description for the EM Assembler position at Entegee?
Looking for some EM Assemblers with experience in Soldering and Crimping who have (or have recently had) an IPC/JSTD Certification. There will be a SOLDERING TEST during the interview process for all serious applicants. Overtime available!
Hours: 6:00am - 3:30pm Monday through Friday
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in assembling mechanical and electrical components/applications
- Mechanical: Bearings, resolver, seals, molding, adjusting, handling adhesives
- Electrical: wire preparation, soldering according to IPC-610/620 and J-STD002, crimping, connector processing
- Electrical tests of subassembly stages: continuity, insulation
- Ability handling very small parts – under a scope most of the day
- Quality first priority
- Experience in reading wiring diagram and technical drawings
- Working according to wiring diagram, drawing, process- and work instructions
