Summary : Seeking an experienced MCM Specialist to manage and maintain corporate PC images, software deployment packages, and ensure endpoint updates.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field with 5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 3 years as an SCCM / MCM administrator or consultant.
Proficiency in MCM version 2203 or higher.
Strong PowerShell scripting skills.
Experience creating Windows OS images.
Ability to generate MCM reports and queries.
Capable of deploying Windows Feature Upgrades and Updates.
Preferred Skills :
Certified CompTIA A or other Desktop support certification.
Job Responsibilities :
Oversee and maintain the US MCM environments.
Provide installation packages in virtual and physical delivery modes.
Create manual installation instructions and deployment batch files.
Manage the rollout through the decommissioning process for all automated software installations.
Train Service Desk technicians on MCM / software deployment troubleshooting / operational procedures.
Pay Details : $23.00 to $31.00 per hour
