Summary : Seeking a Mold Operator for operating molding machines and performing related production tasks with opportunities for training in equipment, automation, and robotics.
Job Requirements :
Must pass drug test (9 panel DT excluding THC) and background check
Position open to US Citizens or Green Card holders
Ability to operate machinery associated with production needs
Capable of performing simple sub-assemblies and quality inspections
Proficiency in making boxes and packaging products
Competency in maintaining raw material supply to machines
Flexibility to rotate between work centers daily
Preferred Skills :
Experience running molding machines strongly preferred
Knowledge of plastic machinery, automation, and robotics is a plus
Familiarity with electric pallet jacks or willingness to learn
Job Responsibilities :
Load and unload machines as part of the production process
Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
Keep equipment clean and maintain an orderly work center
Learn to operate automation and robotic equipment in a manufacturing plant environment
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as LEAN Kaizen events
Adhere to safe work practices, instructions, and company policies
Engage in team meetings like toolbox talks and town hall production meetings
Contribute ideas for process enhancements through the Yellow Card Suggestion system
Pay Details : $17.00 to $19.00 per hour
