Summary: Seeking an experienced Packaging Engineer with expertise in equipment validation, lifecycle management initiatives, and process improvement across multiple locations.
Requirements:
Plan and execute packaging equipment and packaging validation assignments related to life cycle management initiatives.
Understand and improve packaging processes and various equipment technologies across multiple sites simultaneously.
Develop, write, gain cross-functional alignment, and route for approval package development documentation.
Experience in packaging equipment installation, qualification, validation, and startup is required.
Preferred Skills:
5 years of experience in a similar role; Bachelor's Degree is a must.
Experience in consumer goods, pharmaceuticals or medical devices.
Proficiency working in a highly regulated environment.
Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and Six Sigma methodologies.
Background in Supply Chain Management.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the installation, qualification, validation and start-up of packaging equipment.
Lead efforts to understand and improve packaging processes across multiple locations simultaneously.
Develop comprehensive package development documentation capturing end-to-end project specific information.
Work directly with the manager to ensure alignment on all projects.
Pay Details: $36.00 to $48.00 per hour
