Summary: Seeking a Soldering Specialist experienced in IPC 610 and J-STD standards for assembly, rework, and inspection tasks.
Job Requirements:
Experience with soldering iron for through hole, SMT, and jumper wire soldering
Familiarity with assembly-specific documentation
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office-Outlook/Word/Excel)
J-STD-001 Certified IPC Specialist preferred
Preferred Skills:
1 Year PCB experience
Job Responsibilities:
Perform soldering on backplanes of various sizes and thicknesses
Use documentation to correctly solder components meeting J-STD-001 requirements
Conduct in-process inspections based on acceptance/rejection criteria
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Comply with department safety rules and general policies
Potential for overtime work on alternate shifts and weekends
Cross-train in other departments as needed
Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
