In this role you will

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

• Have at least 1 year of experience running and programming a Makino PRO-5 or PRO-6 CNC Machining Center.
• Have at least 2 years’ experience with GibbsCam.
• Operate hand tools, precision measuring equipment, and computers.
• Understand basic components of machining equipment.
• Follow detailed blueprints, customer specifications, and internal work instructions.
• Follows Entegris safety proto call.
• Adheres to Entegris PACE values.
• Consults with Supervisor and engineers regarding any product or equipment concerns.
• Analyzes parts, ensuring excellent quality.
• Machines fixtures and tooling as needed.
• Operates CNC equipment professionally
• Maintenance and upkeep of all equipment in the machining area.
• Cleaning and housekeeping in the machining area.
• Set up jobs with little supervision.
• Operate, load, and unload wet and dry tumble machines.

Secondary Responsibilities and Duties:

• Straighten A-bases and P-bases using a granite surface table, indicator, and pneumatic press. Parts need to flat within .002 inches.
• Visually inspect EUV bases for imperfections (Parts may need sanding and buffing)
• Visually inspect EUV bases, and covers before bead blast
• Visually inspect EUV base and covers before straightening
• Straighten EUV bases and covers to 25 microns using CMM, pneumatic press, and bending maps.
• Inspect EUV bases, and covers using CMM
• Visually inspect EUV bases, and covers
• Final cleaning using micro-fiber alcohol and Zeiss lens wipes
• Package parts for shipping, per Entegris instructions
• Parts are very delicate and must be handled with extreme care.

Traits we believe make a strong candidate

• At least 3-years related experience
• Able to safely lift 30 pounds
• Possess math and precision measurement skills and able to read blueprints and drawings.
• A highly motivated self-driven machinist with good attention to detail.
• Enjoys working in a team environment and can work with limited supervision.
• Communicate technically and professionally with a broad range of people.
