Location: Henderson, NV or Lebanon, Oregon (Relocation within 40 miles of either Henderson, NV or Lebanon Oregon Campus is required)

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Wage Range: $70,000 - 95,000

Position Summary

Project manager, manages projects from the beginning of the planning stages through product shipment and installation and commissioning. Project Manager will have experience managing industrial equipment and or turn-key projects in the range of $500,000 -$50,000,000 . The role of Project Manager is to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict quality standards, deadlines and within budget while maintaining high levels of safety and customer satisfaction. ENTEK utilizes Microsoft Project web-based system globally.

Other related details of the position:

• Responsibilities include budgetary, planning, and safety
• Requires close interaction and team work with sales, engineering, procurement, fabrication, assembly, testing, shipping and often with field installation managers
• Supports the sales group by providing schedules, and timelines for each phase of a project
• Ensures roadblocks are recognized early and resolved quickly
• Travel to customer sites to help ensure projects are on track and on schedule while maintaining high quality product
• Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations
• Represent ENTEK with the highest standard of professional conduct when interacting with suppliers and customers

Required Experience:

Working Relationships:

• Reports to the Senior Project Manager and has no direct reports
• Domestic and international travel may be required

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (B.S.) or equivalent;
• Five years related experience and/or training; or
• equivalent combination of education and experience

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience with MS Project web-based software
• Complex project management experience
