About the Role:
Entera is looking for a Data Program Manager to join our growing Data team. The primary function of this role is to work with our Data Engineering Team and business stakeholders to manage the development of new data products, with a focus on our reporting and business intelligence systems. You will be responsible for managing intake of report requests, working with business and data stakeholders to gather, clarify, and prune data requirements, and ensuring new data product development is prioritized appropriately and contributes tangible value to the business. In this high visibility role, you will be expected to tackle complex assignments and manage priorities, playing a role as a key team member in our rapid growth company.

What You’ll Do:
- Work with business and data stakeholders to ideate and manage development of new data products
- Build out and maintain our company reporting portal, and communicate the intended usage of that portal to various report owners, requesters, and consumers
- Consolidate weekly team updates and reporting
- Oversee and develop business process automations within our company reporting portal
- Develop and execute high level data strategies to create data-driven analytical outcomes
- Act as a liaison between the Data Team, Real Estate Analyst Team, and Brokerage & Transaction teams
- Gather, clarify, and prune data requirements for reports, visualizations, and application features
- Translate business requirements for data requests to functional and technical specifications for implementation by Data Team members
- Plan and manage project schedules across multiple cross-functional teams
- Evaluate new third party datasets and communicate with vendors on data delivery logistics, support requests, and other external data usage considerations
- Prioritize competing data requests based on business impact and provide guidance to the Data Team on how to best utilize resources
Who You Are:
- Professional experience in an analytical role - including business analyst, product manager, data analyst, or data scientist
- High level of data literacy
- Experience with data analysis and processing using SQL
- Experience designing and building data visualizations
- Understanding of technical tradeoffs in product development
- Knowledge of UI and UX best practices as it pertains to data visualizations
- Knowledge of business process management and automation
- Strong analytical, comprehension, and problem solving skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter with ability to master new tasks and technologies quickly
- Team player with demonstrated leadership experience and strong personal integrity
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple concurrent assignments
- Nice to have: Knowledge of the single family residential real estate market
