About the Role:
Entera is looking for a creative and organized Director of Content Marketing to lead the brand’s content strategy and execution across all channels and touchpoints. This position will be a key member of the marketing team, reporting directly to the SVP of Marketing. You will be working in close partnership with key stakeholders across the business to oversee the curation, creation and management of Entera’s messaging. The ideal candidate must be skilled in the ideation and creation of innovative, engaging content and storytelling to create brand awareness and support the demand generation team in creating sales pipeline.

The preferred candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in developing compelling content, from white papers and eBooks, through to infographics, website content, webinars, and thought leadership material tailored toward mid-market and enterprise personas across the Single Family Rental industry.

What You'll Do:
- Lead and holistically develop our overall content strategy and unique voice across all channels
- Articulate our unique brand narrative and point of view (POV) that supports campaign creation, website content, and revenue KPI’s
- Ensue a uniform and inspiring experience across all channels
- Ideate, develop, and curate compelling content that can live as articles, video, social and email campaigns, in addition to editorial articles to support the business growth KPIs
- Strategize, plan, and manage the monthly and quarterly content calendars across Digital and Social channels; Align and support website, campaign, brand and product marketing which portrays an engaging and timely narrative, flow smoothly and brings to life our evolving product/brand offering
- Work cross-functionally to manage the end-to-end process of bringing content to life
- Manage and develop copy for all marketing initiatives and campaigns
- Consistently use metrics to validate creative decisions, brand partnerships and drive engagement
What You'll Have:
- A strong background in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally within PropTech or Real Estate
- Extensive experience reaching executive-level personas through various content marketing
- Amazing storytelling ability while driving engagement through content at various levels throughout the organization
- Previously developed a scalable content team for a high-growth SaaS company
- Bachelor’s Degree
- PropTech or Real Estate industry experience preferred
- 6 years of content management experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
- Creativity, innovation and strategic thinking
- An intuition for the type of content that engages on digital and social channels.
- Expertise with using SEO best practices to write creative copy that includes effective keyword placement
- Experience with social media engagement strategies and best practices
- Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects in a deadline driven environment; able to deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced business
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively

*For those applicants in the NYC area, the salary range for this role is $133,000 to $187,000 plus variable and equity. The salary offered will be based on experience, role, and location.
