What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr. Recruiter, Brokerage Services position at Entera?
About the Role:
As a senior recruiter supporting Entera’s Brokerage services organization, you will become a partner to hiring managers, an ambassador for our brand, and a diversity and inclusion advocate. Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, you’ll work with our leaders to understand their particular organizational needs, drive a high volume recruiting pipeline, implement best hiring practices, and provide transparent and consistent insights into your hiring efforts.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the end-to-end recruiting process for all high volume and leadership positions within the brokerage.
- Get creative. Think of new ways to engage passive talent and pipeline for future needs.
- Build quick rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and senior leaders.
- Coach hiring managers on best practices. Use data and past experience as tools of persuasion.
- Conduct thorough, yet engaging, phone interviews that set the stage for a smooth offer negotiation and closing process.
- Be a champion for diversity, equity and inclusion.
- Identify ways to streamline the interview and selection processes, especially for high volume positions. Remove inefficiencies.
- Become the brokerage recruiting SME for Talent Acquisition and the larger People team.
- Ensure every candidate has an outstanding experience. Not just those we hire.
What You’ll Bring:
- 6 years of recruiting experience, 2 years in high volume recruiting
- Experience working for a fast-paced technology company strongly preferred
- Ability to work from Houston, TX or surrounding area a plus
- Passion for creative sourcing techniques with focus on quality
- Confidence in your ability to engage with passive candidates
- The ability to use data to coach hiring managers and influence the hiring process
- Master negotiation and closing abilities
- Supreme multitasking and organizational skills
- Commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion
- Comfort with navigating ambiguity in a fast paced, ever-changing startup environment
- Determination to meet goals and deadlines
- Experience with Greenhouse (a plus!) or another ATS
- Ability to partner with People Business Partners (HRBPs) and hiring managers with an understanding of how/when to pushback
