Job Summary / Purpose
Ensure financial and operational performance in the customer organization are effectively monitored. Interact with and keep updated the data of key financial and operational data points to develop models and dashboards to effectively track and present performance metrics.
Job Duties / Responsibilities
- Execute quantitative and qualitative research (e.g., customer surveys, focus groups, process evaluation) that enable tactical decisions for customer org strategies (e.g., new products, customer frictions, marketing and sales campaigns, etc.)
- Analyze and present actionable insights (written, oral and presentation) based on relevant research and customer data to Entergy Journey leaders including financial and operational performance, and impact of broader trends.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to develop data requirements and use cases for relevant research to deliver customer org financial and operational objectives.
- Work with Data Mgmt. and IT to manage data collection, sources and tools.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Journey teams and Sales to develop key financial and operational metrics to track performance.
- Support Journey team in identification and prioritization of frictions in the sales process.
- Ability to translate complex data into meaningful reporting and dashboards to effectively inform financial and operational performance.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum education required of the position
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field required or equivalent work experience.
- Desired: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance
Minimum experience required of the position
- Analyst I (CCO)- 0-2 years of professional experience.
- Analyst II (CCO)- 2-4 years of professional experience.
- Desired: Experience with modeling and analysis tools for customer insights. 3-5 years of experience in a financial reporting role with the ability to demonstrate strong financial leadership.
Minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities required of the position
- Analytical skill set with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Power.
