Essential Duties And Responsibilities
On-the-job experience: Work with a high-performing team to gain in-depth real-life experience. This includes projects, participating in meetings, one-on-one training from team members, and assigned tasks.
Professional Growth: Each participant will be matched with a mentor who will be available to answer questions, help through challenging situations, and give feedback throughout the course of the program.
Business Development: Networking with senior leaders, Enterprise associates, and other program interns. Additional activities for program participants to further banking knowledge and experience for the real world.

Qualifications
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to take a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills
- Experience working in a team environment
- None
- Current student enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program (tentative graduation date 2025 - 2026). Degree emphasis in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

- Must be a U.S. Citizen/Resident or have permanent/indefinite work authorization.
