Job Summary:
The Senior Client Billing Analyst compiles, reconciles, and verifies complex data to ensure accurate and timely billing based on monthly and quarterly cycles. In addition, the Senior Analyst will provide expertise and support to internal departments and external partners in addition to clients. The analyst will support operations, and accounting departments providing detail and support and background for billing activities impact in the general ledger.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for complex client billing including fee billing, analysis, issue identification and resolutions, concluding adjustment billing, fee calculation validation, fee billing procedural documentation and process analysis.
- Communicating with client regarding progress, questions, and addressing concerns in a timely at accurate manner.
- Adherence to department SLA’s, deadlines and close deliverables.
- Responsible for complex billing project execution.
- Assist in financial and SOX audits quarterly and annually.
- Special projects as needed.
- Adherence to and application of Envestnet legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested.
- As part of the responsibilities for this role, you will understand and readily support Envestnet's established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.
- 3-4 years billing, accounting or reporting experience required.
- Experience with MS Excel required.
- Experience in the Financial Services industry preferred.
- Must be analytical and detail oriented.
- Excellent communication skills required.

Salary:
The annual base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $90,000.
