The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for delivery of the recruitment process for senior and some entry level positions (including temp/contractor recruitment as needed) for US sites. The role is a full cycle recruitment position that includes administration of the recruitment process, liaising with stakeholders daily, direct sourcing, screening and qualifying of candidates and maintaining the internal ATS (iCIMS) as well other databases and systems to ensure that appropriate information is correct and available in a timely manner.
This position allows for remote work with occasional travel.
Responsibilities
On a typical day, the Talent Acquisition Partner will contribute to the team by (but is not limited to):
- Partnering with TA leadership to set attainable goals to help the business meet its objectives
- Tracks and measures their performance through the use of data analytics
- Maintaining the recruitment system to ensure 100% accuracy of data and costs
- Collaborate with leaders across the business and serve as a liaison between TA, HR & the business
- Attending occasional events to include campus recruitment events
- Reviewing applications and qualifying candidates via telephone interview/screening and build talent pool
- Facilitate, coordinate, and schedule interviews with candidates
- Coordinating the offer process, extending to candidates and launching pre-employment checks (background, drug, social media)
- Serve as a liaison between agencies, TA, and the business
- Generate and report on key metrics to Talent Acquisition leadership
- Create positive experience for our leaders and candidates
- Guide and recommend on TA best practices, tactics and strategies
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, this position requires that the Talent Acquisition Partner brings:
- Recruitment experience in a fast paced, high-volume environment, in-house recruitment experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 2-10 years of relevant recruiting experience
- Bachelor’s in human resources or equivalent experience
