Who We’re Looking For:
ECA is building a nationwide network of professional Due Diligence Site Assessors to conduct onsite environmental inspections on a project-by-project basis. A Due Diligence Site Assessor would be responsible for:
- Travelling to project sites (most often proposed or existing wireless telecommunications facilities).
- Physically navigating a wide variety of project sites, including rural, urban, and undeveloped sites, to potentially include walking across varying terrain in varying weather conditions, navigating dense vegetation, going up or down stairs, bending, kneeling, etc.
- Visual inspection of project sites, including collection of photographs and detailed notes.
- Interaction with and interview of landowners or on-site representatives on behalf of ECA and our clients.
- Collection and conveyance of detailed site inspection documentation.
Qualifications:
- Experience conducting Environmental Site Assessments or Property Assessments/Inspections (Phase I ESA and natural resources).
- Possess a valid active driver's license.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Technologically capable.
- Must be able to complete site visits and supply all photographs and field notes within seven business days of accepting a request with strict adherence to ECA guidelines.
- Certificate of Insurance that includes workers compensation and general liability coverage, and W9 (or individual SSN).
Pay Rate: Varies based on number of sites and locations visited.
