Envirovac’s Talent Acquisition team is looking for a dynamic, high energy, outgoing, and relentless individual who through his or her own persona can attract great people, and, has the skill set to strategize, manage, plan, and execute in all facets of the role to build a talent pipeline that translates into a group of high-performing EnviroVac Champions!
Envirovac is currently seeking a Field Recruiter to partner with our corporate based recruitment team and travel up to 50% across the entire footprint of the company. The Field Recruiter will primarily focus on grassroots recruitment efforts to include foot-sourcing, cold calling, and community relations in order to attract qualified candidates and promote Envirovac as a premiere employer.
Field Recruiter Responsibilities:
- Professionally and clearly communicate the value proposition of the Envirovac employment opportunity to candidates and candidate sources.
- Work strategically with the Talent Acquisition Lead and field operations management team to identify and develop grassroots sourcing strategies.
- Continuously build a candidate pipeline through cold calling, foot sourcing & networking.
- Conduct initial phone screens for all qualified candidates and work with Sr. Recruiters to push candidates through the full life cycle of the recruitment process.
- Coordinate the transition of qualified screened candidates to the Hiring Manager as directed by the Sr. Recruiter
- Collaborate with the Hiring Manager and Human Resources to ensure that all hired candidates are on-boarded with the highest level of satisfaction.
- Track and report weekly activity to the Talent Acquisition Lead to include: pipeline of potential qualified candidates, all marketing activity and recruitment efforts.
- Build and execute a networking strategy in the designated territory.
- Research and attend career events for designated territory.
- Attend networking events with local Hiring Managers and promote the Envirovac employment brand.
- Report into the Talent Acquisition Lead to confirm weekly travel schedule, activity, and candidates generated.
- Subject matter expert for all market intelligence. To include: competitors, community organizations, networking opportunities and market statistics.
- Maintain positive business relationships with all field management
Field Recruiter Requirements:
- Ability to travel up to 50% weekly/bi-weekly
- One to three years of high-volume full-cycle recruiting or staffing experience
- Prior experience in a virtual environment where individual performance & activity is tracked for success
- Proven strategic sourcing methods
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is preferred
- Working knowledge of human resources best practices is preferred
