POSITION SUMMARY:
The EnviroVac Sales team is looking for a Sales Administrator to join us in Atlanta, GA or remotely in support of our team. In this role, you will facilitate the implementation of standard and non-standard or complex deals. You will aid the Sales team and stakeholders in structuring and documenting deals, while adhering to corporate policies, processes, programs, and systems that affect the structuring and implementation of revenue transactions. As a Sales Administrator, you’ll need to be passionate and committed and can understand complex problems while providing explanations and solutions which are sound and clearly communicated.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage end-to-end transaction life cycle
- Simplify account executives’ (AE) transactional CRM (Salesforce) use and provide objection handling guidance as needed
- Perform pricing and deal analysis based on documented approval thresholds
- Conduit to business partners to garner necessary deal approvals
- Serve as a trusted adviser and advocate for Sales team on strategic deal structuring; advise on alternatives, possible ramifications, or value propositioning to help lead the deal closure
- Review customer contractual document and spot contractual red flags and revenue recognition exposures
- Engage and follow up with internal stakeholders, e.g., Legal, Revenue, Business Units, Area Managers, and Accounting teams, to keep all deals moving and to avoid issues
- Review customers redline comments, tabulate list of contentious issues, and manage key issues escalation directly to the relevant stakeholders
- Propose and tabulate EnviroVac’s acceptable commercial position and ensure proposed contractual wordiness are preapproved by legal, revenue, business unit (BU), and other internal stakeholders
- Participate in sales training activities, sharing EnviroVac’s and Sales team’s best practices with leadership
- Vet the basic bill of materials (BOM) solutions, validate partner competency level, e.g., partner ecosystem and interactions, and identify potential areas of conflict like implementation skill set gap, knowledge transfer
- Serve as a subject matter expert on multi-element deal structure, discounting and/or credit tiers, and implementation requirements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to formulate strategic value propositions, including securing contingency plans
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree; higher degree is a plus
- 5 years of experience
- Combined background in sales and services
- Familiarity with financial or revenue recognition principles and contracting guidelines
- Experience with Salesforce.com (SFDC)
- Excellent investigation, reasoning, and problem-solving skills; ability to apply a quantitative approach to measuring customer experience, product usage, and customer satisfaction to lead improved performance
- Outstanding communication skills and excellent presentation skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and motivated; excellent diplomatic and persuasion skills
- Customer service focus, including the ability to deliver multiple priority projects with high customer satisfaction in a rapidly changing environment
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently under changing conditions and timelines
- Ability to thrive in a team environment
- Knowledge of process, program, and order administration
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Industrial cleaning and environmental services supplier company, selling solutions and services in a contractual bid business model
- B2B sales experience
- Drafting contract language
- Salesforce CPQ
- Knowledge of EnviroVac’s services and offerings
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Typical office group environment
- Group environment working as part of a functional team.
- Travel to company locations, if required, to meet with internal stakeholders
