Primary Responsibilities:
Responsible for processing consumer home equity and mortgage loan transactions including new loan funding's, wires, system setup (including the automatic loan payment setup TMS), collateral tracking for auto titles and recorded mortgage tracking.
Reviews and corrects un-posted items received from Accounting pertaining to consumer and/or mortgage accounts.
Processes investor daily remittance and loan sales (Back up to Assistant Manager)
Process all consumer, home equity and residential loan payoff quotes.
Processes payoff transactions including: discharge, MERS deactivation, paid notes, request investor loan note, auto title release and all insurance releases. Ensure collateral documents are released within the required timeframe. Manage the paid loan files and ensure they are archive annually.
Remits the VSI insurance on auto loans, reviews credit disputes via EOSCAR and reconciles assigned general ledger accounts.
Processes real estate tax payments accurately and promptly for escrow accounts. Follow up missing and incorrect bills, process checks and remit payments. Balance the escrow general ledger accounts and follow up on tax delinquencies
Assist the tax specialist during peak tax times – verify reports
Assist with the annual escrow analysis
Remits and balances the monthly PMI and force place insurance premiums. responsible for PMI (Private Mortgage Insurance) disbursements and terminations and cancellation requests
Processes and tracks residential and home equity homeowners, condo and flood insurance policies. Monitor cancellations and force place insurance coverage when needed. Ensure all policies that are escrowed are paid within the required timeframe
Processes loan payments, name/address changes, as well as, TMS rejected transactions, return checks, equity checks under $200, file maintenance, and end of day balancing.
Backs up commercial loan functions when needed.
Responds to customer and branch loan inquiries promptly and courteously. Ensures that issues/problems are handled in an efficient and timely manner. Follows up to ensure that customers are satisfied with resolution and service.
Demonstrates continual learning by attending industry seminars, webinars and other training programs.

Position Requirements:
Requires high school diploma or equivalent and at least three (3) years Loan Servicing experience. Must have a high level of accuracy and strong input skills. Requires solid communication skills and ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Demands/Conditions:
General office environment, with perhaps some local travel. Some lifting and bending required. Ability to hear and communicate with others.
Equipment Used:
General office equipment, including but not limited to, computer, fax machine, calculator, multi-line phone, copier, and data projector.
