Job Summary
The primary function of this position is to assist the credit union in achieving its vision to become the preferred financial service provider for all members. This is achieved by providing outstanding service to internal, external, and potential members that meet the Service Promises and Standards of the credit union. A key component of this service is to identify the members’ financial needs and recommend appropriate credit union solutions.
Safeguards member information and Credit Union vital records in a manner commensurate with the sensitivity of the information and in compliance with the Credit Union's information security policies, standards and procedures.
Deliver exceptional level of service; opening new memberships and suffixes for applicants who apply through our online channel and processing loan documents for approved loans assigned by the Loan Specialist. Also processes documents for account or loan changes.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provides exceptional member service to all internal, external, and potential Credit Union members.
- Monitors Loan processing queue and CUNexus for loans and works them quickly and efficiently
- Collects all required supporting documents for the loan closing from the member
- Schedules the online closing with the member.
- Prepares closing loan document package
- Reviews loan documents with member via phone when applicable
- Sends closing package to member for electronic signature
- Reviews completed documents for quality control.
- Attaches documents to loan file and disburses loan.
- Sets up automatic loan payment when applicable
- Answers questions and provides information to members, via phone, fax, or online correspondence.
- Uploads insurance documents to third party servicer
- Uploads all documents to optical
- Makes scheduled outbound follow up calls to members once loan has been approved
- Works all salesforce cases assigned to Loan Processing
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements
- A high school diploma or general educational development (GED) diploma. Minimum six (6) months Envision Credit Union experience or twelve (12) months experience in a financial institution in a member/customer service position; or college degree without related experience or acceptable equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be bondable.
- Varying Hours (nights, weekends and holidays)
- Ability to work in a high volume office setting.
- Work with a sense of urgency and accuracy a must.
- An understanding of Title Processing Preferred.
- Must adhere to all applicable Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) laws and regulations.
