Paid Time Off:

Envision Healthcare offers paid time off, 9 observed holidays and paid family leave. You accrue Paid Time Off (PTO) each pay period and depending on your position and can earn a minimum of 20 days and up to 25 days per calendar year.

Responsibilities

The Product Manager II leads the product development team in the identification, analysis and development of IT product solutions and enhancements ensuring alignment to business objectives, users (clinicians, operations) and IT standards, practices, and policies.

70% - Collaboration and Execution:

• Lead the product development team to ensure the quality and timely delivery of optimal IT solutions for initiatives, features, user stories, bug fixes, and more in understanding and communicating customer needs and product priorities. This includes leading daily stand ups, weekly grooming sessions UAT testing, product demos, and retrospectives with development team.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders (business, clinicians, users, operations, IT) and committees to gather business requirements, customer needs, and feedback regarding product.
• Responsible for incorporating stakeholders’ requests by translating business requirements into technical requirements, defining scope of feature, and maintaining the release plan.
• Drive collaboration with team members (engineers, architects, UX, etc.) to produce valuable solutions, and identify and resolve obstacles.
• Identify, assess, and communicate trade-odds, obstacles (blockers and dependencies), and customer and business values as well as other measures of success for features and enhancements to stakeholders, obtaining approvals where applicable.
• Aids in Product UX direction and executes feature mapping.
• Ensure transparency into the feature production, especially during rollout phase for partners (IT, other internal team, 3rd parties) and stakeholders.
• Implement rollout plan to production, provide support and documentation for training and adoption where applicable.
• Research current solutions in the marketplace within our industry that address similar problems, and also research solutions within other industry verticals that can be applied to the problem(s) we are trying to solve.
• Understand the software development process end-to-end.

15% - Product Vision and Strategy for customers:

• Maintain the product vision, and prioritize the product roadmap and backlog to meet changing/shifting business and customer needs, utilizing modern software development product management practices and agile based methodologies.
• Own the product roadmap, communicate it clearly and effectively to the execution team as well as senior leadership and other stakeholders (business, clinicians, users, operations, IT).
• Be the voice of the customer – listen to, and empathize with user needs, auditing users’ experience with the product proactively to optimize that experience.

15% Relationship Management:

• Provide updates to key stakeholders (business, clinicians, users, operations, IT) and committees on business requirements and their relative technical solutions (product development) in business terms.
• Lead the team internally towards adoption of the Product. This includes getting buy-in from stakeholders, developing and hosting necessary training for stakeholders (especially Account Managers and Business Development Managers), developing collateral for Sales and Marketing use, and on occasion going on “Road Shows” to ensure satellite teams also understand and adopt the Product.

Qualifications

• Ability to recognize and define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and correct errors.
• Ability to understand and interpret basic financial data.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in a variety of forms and deal with abstract and concrete variables.
• Ability to collaborate with technical (software development, engineers, architect, etc) and non-technical partners (ex: UX) and stakeholders (ex: business, senior leadership) in a clear and effective manner.
• Template and document development and the ability to utilize Visio or similar tool to document workflows and processes.
• Must be able to identify challenges and opportunities and communicate clearly and concisely the needs identified by users to our execution partners (ex: UX and devs) and vice versa.
• Must be able to handle multiple, simultaneous tasks effectively and efficiently while maintaining a professional, courteous manner.
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills required.

• Minimum 2 years of Product development experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or work experience equivalent related to business administration, information technology, computer science, or engineering required.
• Masters in business administration, business management, or leadership preferred.
• Microsoft Office Suite, JIRA, slack

Annual Compensation- $91,714- 115,000 per year

Please note, this position is remote and the pay range presented is a full range in the role specific to 100% national labor mkt avg.  Salary bands across the enterprise may differ due to cost of living adjustments and are specific to an employee’s address and state and can vary for higher labor mkts.
