GIS Programmer Analyst
Envision is seeking a GIS Programmer Analyst for our long-term role in Phoenix, AZ.
The ideal candidate will have the following skill sets: ArcGIS Web AppBuilder development, Street Map Premium (SMP) experience. Custom locators.

Job Summary
This position is responsible for collaborating in assessing, recommending GIS solutions while ensuring major goals, deliverables and deadlines are met.
The person in this position is also responsible for maintaining and or developing the department's GIS web-based applications, database solutions, patching and upgrading ESRI based applications. The duties may include analyzing GIS data, proposing various methods of automating GIS analysis, database development including stored procedures, web services development including locators developed using ArcGIS StreetMap Premium.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of:
- Web services, spatial data, geo-databases, relational databases
- Mapping software including ESRI ArcGIS Desktop and ArcGIS Pro.
- Mapping tools including Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS, ArcGIS JavaScript API, ArcGIS Online, Portal for ArcGIS, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS StreetMap Premium.
- Geographic projections, data sources and formats, information analysis, relational databases and geo-databases
- Latest data processing hardware and software technology advances, a thorough knowledge of GIS technologies, relational database and geodatabase management, analysis and modeling
- Geographic information analysis and modeling methods and techniques, cartographic presentations and image analysis
Skills in:
- Programming languages including .Net, C#, SQL, TSQL, JavaScript
- ESRI web-based development (widgets, JavaScript API)

Ability to:

- Develop web-based GIS applications using ESRI’s Web AppBuilder including custom widgets

- Develop and write detailed technical documentation
- Develop, modify and support database objects including packages and stored procedures
