Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and attention to detail
- Must be knowledgeable of Medicare and Medicaid process
- Must be knowledgeable in current PC applications and use computers proficiently.
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong aptitude for written and verbal correspondence
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Two to Four years of related experience in a related field and one year in a health care setting preferred.
- On-the-job training provided.
