Order Entry Specialist (part-time)

Enzo Custom is a luxury men's custom suiting company providing clients with top quality garments at unprecedented value. We provide a luxury experience to all of our clients, forming long term relationships built with mutual trust and integrity. We carry thousands of fabrics and hundreds of suit/shirt customization options providing a true custom experience - with a pattern built from scratch.

We are seeking a part-time Order Entry Specialist to join our Operations team in North Miami. They will be responsible for:

• Process and input of online purchase orders into company system/software
• This includes working with client services, sales team, and production facility to ensure that the order details, client information, price, shipping instructions, etc. are correct and ready for processing
• Update, correct, review data in the databases based on various queries
• Act as liaison between sales representative and production facility as necessary. Maintain a follow-up system with sales representatives and client services team to ensure upkeep of customer information
• Work closely with shipping department to assist with packaging of client garments
• Effectively work with various Excel worksheets as requested and employ excellent time management in balancing all work duties
• Follow detailed verbal and/or written instruction to enter sales orders expediently and accurately
• Become proficient with the current business system, CRM, and other software tools used by the department
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned or required

Qualifications:

• The position is ideal for someone who is meticulous and enjoys working independently
• At least one year of experience in data/order entry
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

This is a PART-TIME, ON SITE role based out of our North Miami warehouse location.

Schedule: Sunday - Wednesday (30 hours)

Payrate: $25/hour
