About the Role
Enzo is seeking an Associate Counsel to help optimize and create efficiencies in workflow processes.
Activities:
- Review/Draft/Negotiate contracts for all Enzo departments including reagent rental agreements supply agreements distribution agreements
- Assist Senior Counsel with strategy on high complexity matters
- Perform primary legal research and draft legal memoranda and finalize in-house legal opinions
- Take ownership of the Master Contract List; attend and present at the monthly Contract List Meeting with Executives and Bi-Weekly Contract Meeting with Lab Management Group
- Assist with other legal functions as needed including litigation Human Resources issues real estate construction and finance
About You:
Education: Juris Doctor
Licenses: Licensed to practice law in New York
