Production Services Application Support

The Detection Team at BNY Mellon develops and maintains the signals, tools, and infrastructure required to perform deep analysis of threats on our corporate environment. This role will be responsible for identifying and constantly evolving techniques to detect sophisticated attacks. As part of this team, you will be building advanced and novel detection mechanisms for attacker techniques tactics and procedures, developing systems to automate remediation, conducting threat hunting, and performing network and systems forensics, as well as malware and indicator ae Analysis.

Production Services Application Support

• Investment Management Production Services is in search of a candidate within our Change Management Team. 
• Investment Management Production Services is in search of a candidate within our Change Management Team. 
• The candidate will work in a multi-application support environment reviewing developer submitted change requests in QA and production for corporate change management compliance. 
• Participation in the pre-change advisory board and LOB change advisory board (LCAB), along with change related metrics and reports. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required. 
• Strong knowledge of Change Management processes and procedures.  Experience with Service Now is preferred. 
• Technical astuteness with the Windows and Linux is a plus, as the candidate will also be performing installs/releases using Ansible scripts and manual install processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required
• 0-3 years of experience in software development required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
