THE POSITION:
We are adding to our highly skilled global recruitment team. We seek a Recruiter with the ability to recruit both technical and non-technical roles across EMEA and APAC. As a Recruiter with EOS IT Solutions, you will work closely with business leaders to drive our hiring efforts forward. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to candidates and internal business partners, identify and engage with top technical talent, build and drive recruiting best practices, diversity hiring strategies, employer branding, and deliver an unparalleled candidate experience.
Location: This will be a remote based role with travel required to client based sites in Dublin City Centre also.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with key stakeholder across our global business and the Global Talent Acquisition Manager to develop a deep understanding of current and future hiring needs.
- Operate a full-cycle recruitment process using data driven souring and recruiting strategies.
- Proactively source and build candidate pipeline by sourcing passive talent; drive internal and network referrals.
- Manage recruiting strategies to attain recruiting metrics.
- Act as an advocate for both business and candidate throughout the hiring process.
- Drive offer approval, extension, and negotiation by identifying appropriate closing procedures
- Foster and create an unparalleled and unique candidate experience.
- Responsible for ensuring diversity and inclusion in the management of the Recruitment process.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
- Minimum of one years in-house recruitment/TA or agency experience, preferably a blend of the two is ideal.
- Ability to demonstrate proven success to include sourcing and networking skills.
- Be proficient using an ATS (ours’ is Greenhouse), LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Analytics, Previous experience utilising Online Testing and Video Interviewing Platforms.
- Demonstrable track record of building strong relationships and achieving individual metrics.
- Ability to adapt and flex to the business needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills – professional but friendly.
DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- Experience recruiting within the AV, Network Ops and/or Global Logistic & Warehousing.
- Prior experience recruiting in countries across one or more of the following regions. EMEA, LATAM or APAC
