POSITION OVERVIEW:
You will be responsible for the delivery of quality ERP and Sage X3 Management and integration implementation. This will include all aspects of the project lifecycle technical assistance, training, business analysis, ERP software specification, implementation, configuration and post-Sage x3 implementation support.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Conducting scoping/business analysis workshops to analyse and specify customer requirements
- Sage X3 Crystal Reports
- SQL Query and Report writing
- Provide functional demonstrations and training to end users
- Proactively highlight project issues to the project team
- Continuously improve product knowledge
- Provide product support to the customer post go-live
- Manage data migration from legacy systems to Sage X3
- Resolve technical queries within the areas of expertise
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Ideally 3+ years working & managing Sage X3 or ERP training experience
- Conducting scoping/business analysis workshops to analyse and specify customer requirements
- ERP Application System Support Person (minimum 2-3 years experience)
- Strong Consultancy and project support experience
- Demonstrate methodical/risk averse way of working (e.g. any changes done in a test folder and tested thoroughly)
- Good knowledge of business process (e.g. Purchase Order Processing (POP), Sales Order Processing (SOP), Accounting principles).
- Understanding of SQL. Able to write basic queries.
- Understanding of Crystal Reports
- Ideally be Sage X3 accredited
The main criteria of the role is to manage and implement integrations with SAGE X3 ERP and associated software. You shall be involved in quality training courses, tailored to the customer's needs, around the SAGE X3 and ERP software
Other duties of the role include using import data into SQL based applications and manipulate data within SQL for reporting. Process documentation and some software testing may be required.
