THE POSITION

As a Sr Account Executive you will be empowered to identify and develop the best outcomes for EOS, its channel partners and its customers. 

You will identify customer needs and budget requirements and be the first point of contact for the client on all aspects of the account, aligning during and after the sale, to ensure the best customer experience.

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Combine the unique logistics and integration capabilities of EOS with world class technology from Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, Pure Storage, and others.
  • Identify customer’s operational and environmental objectives, needs and requirements. Actively listen, probe and identify concerns. Understand our capabilities and expertise and provide strategic technical solutions to clients.
  • Work with a range of departments including IT, Procurement, Project Management, Marketing, and others.
  • Guide the wider EOS team in reviewing and defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and estimates.
  • Execute and provide leadership to desired outcomes with your valued customers
  • Communicate with senior management status of opportunities, implementations, and account plan strategies to grow business. 

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Minimum of 5 years selling into professional IT organizations
  • Video / Collaboration / Audio Visual experience is critical
  • General selling knowledge of Networking, Security, Data Center a plus
  • Experience in positioning, packaging, and negotiating proposals inside corporate IT and Procurement groups.
  • Ability to understand customer issues and requirements and align those needs to EOS offerings.  Bundle into holistic offerings that result in a desired customer outcome
  • Excellent presentation skills on a one to one and group basis.
  • Ability to successfully manage many simultaneous work items of changing priority, strong ownership, accountability, and attention to detail in all work efforts.
  • Must have good business acumen and commercial understanding of business profitability.
