**Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Shop Supervisor to oversee the construction process and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in motorsports and be familiar with automotive shop operations, including automotive software, fabrication, wiring, diagnostics and quality control.
**Duties**
- Manage and coordinate all in coming out going projects including supervising a team of laborers and other automo professionals.
- Review and interpret instructions and technical specifications to ensure that all projects meet the required standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of the shop to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that costs are kept within the allocated budget.
- Utilize automotive software to track project progress, manage resources, and coordinate logistics.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure that all components installed meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with manufractures, engineers, tuners and other to ensure projects meet the required specifications and standards.
- Manage and maintain the shop and its equipment, ensuring that they are in good condition and are being used effectively.
- Ensure that all installations are carried out in accordance with safety regulations and best practices.
- Provide guidance and training to junior automotive professionals, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.
**Experience**
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in shop and motorsp management, with a focus on quality control. The Shop Supervisor will need to have a strong leadership and communication style, with the ability to manage a team of automotive professionals and interact with clients and other stakeholders.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $68,422.00 - $100,000.00 per year
